In-person, I provide personal training to women in Waukesha county, WI and the western
Milwaukee region. I enjoy working with clients of all ages and abilities
from teens to seniors, deconditioned to athlete including pregnant and
post-partum. Scheduling is flexible with both day and evening appointments.
Your
program will begin with an initial health and fitness evaluation. I will
assess your current condition and
ability level. You will identify your short and long term goals. I will assist you by ensuring that they are
both measurable and attainable. I will then design your customized program, empowering
you to achieve your personal fitness goals. I
have a genuine interest and concern for the progress of each and every one
of my clients and invite you to take the next step toward improving your health
and fitness.

Fees
are based on a 1 hour appointment. Home visits are charged by the hour
including round trip travel time.
For
new clients, purchase
of an initial 3 session training package is required to adequately assess and safely
implement your program. Your initial consultation session is FREE with 3 session
package. Single sessions may be purchased thereafter. Exception:
Individuals who are currently active, exercising at least 3x / wk. including
strength training at least 2x / wk. may begin with single sessions at the
follow-up rate.
